Little People's Learning Center is a licensed, non-profit early learning center providing enriching educational experiences to children 6 weeks - 10 years of age. Located in the heart of Yellowstone National Park, the adventures at LPLC are endless!

Little People's is looking to hire a full time, year round, passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our special team here in our unique and beautiful child care center located in the Mammoth Hot Springs area of Yellowstone National Park.

The starting wage will depend upon experience with room for performance-based raises. Full-time employees receive paid sick and vacation time, and $1000 in an HSA account for health insurance. If the candidate is at least 21 years of age, has a minimum of a high school diploma/GED, and has one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility, this candidate has the potential to also be considered an Assistant Director at the school. Although housing is not included with this position, we are happy to help you locate affordable housing nearby.

1. Education of the Whole Child

2. Place-Based Education

3. Emergent Learning

4. Project-Based Learning

5. Engage NY

Experience and/or a strong interest in this style of early childhood education is desired. Above all, we seek a positive team-player with a strong work ethic and dedication to the field of early learning.

Working in Mammoth Hot Springs is an incredible experience! We are located approximately 5 miles from Gardiner, MT, the only year-round entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Gardiner offers great summer and winter activities, like hiking, rafting, fishing, skiing (backcountry and x-country), snowmobiling, etc. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, several restaurants, and beautiful scenery. Yellowstone offers amazing hiking and skiing trails, fishing, geysers, waterfalls, abundant wildlife, and has the honor of being the world's first national park. The nearest cities are Livingston (55 miles away) and Bozeman (80 miles away). Bozeman is a great college town with lots of entertainment, shopping, and is consistently named one of the best ski towns in America with access to both Big Sky and Bridger Bowl ski areas.

If you are qualified and interested in living and working in such an amazing place, please send us your resume! We look forward to hearing from you soon!
